My 20`s...

Well, actually I go to gym three days at week. I practice aerobics exercises,I think that is so funny, and is important for my body and my mind, because in this exercise I can take a moment for release my stress and improve my body.
Also, I following the suggestion of eat vegetables and fruits, because this is really important for my nutrition, I really love vegetables, are delicious!.
And I really try to sleep more each night, but I can do it, is too difficult for me, I think that I have to improve this.
